Enjoy my Tarot ‘horoscope’ card of the day. Today it’s the Knight of Pentacles
The card I’ve drawn today is the Knight of Pentacles. This card is one of the court cards and can be read either as another person in your life or the energy that you need to take on today. For this reading I’m interpreting the Knight of Pentacles as the latter.
This Knight is the adolescent energy of the Earth element. He or she is not afraid to get their hands dirty and work hard. The Knight of Pentacles is not a dreamer or romantic warrior but someone who looks ahead to the future, sees what he wants and plans how he can get there. The keywords for this card are hard work, stubbornness and cautiousness.
Today you need to spend some time planning – this could be an event, a holiday or your future in general. If you’ve been putting this off then there really isn’t any time like the present! Sit down, write lists, make phone calls, surf the net – do whatever it takes to put the ball in motion.
At work, it’s time to do the tasks you’ve been putting off. It might be stock taking, doing your accounts or simply sorting through your in-tray. It’s very easy to procrastinate on these little tasks but you know they need to be done and clearing them creates a much better energy in the work place. Also today the energy is ripe to take a good look at your career – plan how you can advance in your employment or change career paths if you’re not where you want to be.
Money is also important today. If you’ve been spending more than you should then it’s time to sit down and work out a budget. Then stick to it! If you have a little extra money each month look into saving schemes so you can enjoy your investment in the long term.
