No visit to the world of Voodoo would be complete without a Zombie or two. This alcoholic cocktail would make an excellent end to a day spent chasing around after your own little monsters!!
You need:
- 1/2 oz White Rum
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz orange juice
- 1/2oz apricot brandy
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 1/2 oz light rum
- 1 oz dark rum
- 1 oz lime juice
What to do:
Blend all ingredients with ice. Garnish with a fruit slice, sprig of mint and a cherry.
